Amber Alert poster contest finds a winner

In August 2003, the first AMBER Alert was issued in North Carolina. A baby was kidnapped in Charlotte during a car jacking. The car was later found abandoned. The baby was found unharmed.On Jan. 1, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children joined the network and now sends out the Amber Alerts to wireless phones nationwide.
